Amari Homes is a women-owned and managed construction company led by Chiara Rose, a licensed residential general contractor and experienced project manager.
Chiara oversees each project from start to finish — coordinating design, architectural planning, permitting, and construction. She works closely with a trusted team of builders, designers, and specialists to ensure every home is delivered with quality, efficiency, and integrity.
With hands-on experience managing residential construction projects from development through completion, she brings both structure and vision to every build.
